Welcome to 7Air Travels Ltd. By accessing our website, mobile application, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Services

7Air Travels Ltd acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and visa processing authorities. We facilitate bookings and payments but are not the direct provider of transportation, accommodation, or visa issuance unless explicitly stated.

2. Bookings & Confirmations

A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment verification and receipt of a confirmation email or ticket. Prices displayed are subject to availability and may change until payment is completed. You are responsible for verifying all traveller names, dates, and itinerary details before confirming payment.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise indicated. We accept SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cash deposit. Manual payments are verified within 2–4 hours during business hours. Additional fees from payment gateways or foreign exchange may apply.

4. Partial Payment Plans

Where 7Air Travels Ltd approves a partial payment request, you may secure your booking by paying an approved percentage of the total amount upfront and clearing the remaining balance by the agreed collection date. A partial payment service charge of BDT 1,000 (or the amount specified at the time of approval) is added to your remaining balance and is payable together with it. If the balance is not cleared by the promised date, the ticket may be cancelled automatically and airline penalties and other charges may be imposed.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation and change policies are governed by the respective airline, hotel, or service provider. 7Air Travels Ltd will assist with requests but cannot guarantee approval. Service fees charged by 7Air Travels for processing cancellations or reissues are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Visa Services

Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. 7Air Travels Ltd provides document preparation and submission assistance but does not guarantee visa issuance. Visa fees paid to embassies are non-refundable in case of rejection.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

7Air Travels Ltd shall not be liable for losses arising from delays, cancellations, or changes by third-party providers, force majeure events, or inaccurate information supplied by the customer. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid to us for the specific transaction in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
