Refund eligibility and amounts depend on the fare rules, terms, and policies of the underlying service provider (airline, hotel, tour operator, etc.). 7Air Travels Ltd acts on your behalf to process refund requests but cannot override supplier policies.
Flight Bookings
- Refundable fares: Full or partial refunds per airline rules, minus any applicable airline penalties and 7Air service fees.
- Non-refundable fares: No cash refund; airlines may offer credit or reissue options subject to fees.
- No-show: Tickets marked as no-show are typically forfeited with no refund.
Hotel Bookings
- Free cancellation policies vary by property and rate type. Check your confirmation email for the specific deadline.
- Non-refundable rates are charged in full and are not eligible for refund upon cancellation.
Tour & Holiday Packages
Package refunds depend on how close to the departure date you cancel. Cancellations made 30+ days before departure may receive up to 80% refund; 15–29 days: up to 50%; within 14 days: typically non-refundable unless covered by travel insurance.
Visa Services
Embassy and consulate fees are non-refundable once submitted.7Air Travels Ltd service fees may be partially refundable if cancellation is requested before document submission to the embassy.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Card/SSLCommerz: 7–14 business days after supplier approval
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket: 3–7 business days
- Bank transfer: 7–21 business days
How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your dashboard and navigate to My Bookings
- Select the booking and submit a cancellation or refund request
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
